“Cevital Corporate University”, founded in 2013, aims to support the growth of the Group and its subsidiaries by creating a knowledge platform and by sharing the best practices.

For Issad Rebrab, founder and president of the Group, they are “people companies”, meaning companies focused on those who succeed over the long-term. Developing the talents of “the leaders of our growth”, is the mission assigned to the « Cevital Corporate University”.

Every year we organize a People Review. It enables us to:

  • identify and develop talent within Brandt Group by promoting mobility and ensuring the sharing of a common culture.
  • adapt our employees’ skills to Brandt Group’s strategy and to the evolution of our organisation.

The annual interview is part of the People Review process.

Every year, the annual interview is an opportune time for dialogue and communication between employees and their managers. It is also an opportunity to share the annual review, to set objectives for the coming period and to agree on a path for professional development notably through training.

Safety at work is the first requirement of our Human Resources policy.

Everyone involved in Brandt Group corporate life is encouraged to share these fundamental behaviors in regard to safety and health at work : setting an example, staying vigilant and being responsive.

  • Employees are responsible for their own safety and contribute to the improvement of their working conditions; they are informed about these issues through information, training and their managers.
  • Management ensures safety rules, helps to keep suggestions for the prevention of risk in mind and takes actions to eradicate risky situations.
  • Social partners are involved in the implementation of the prevention process.
  • Suppliers and partners are required to observe safety rules at all work sites.

Management by objectives first, is a method that fosters communication and motivation, which are sources of efficiency at work.

Involving the employee in the setting of clear objectives, following current actions with him, setting new objectives together, achieving the implementation of improvement tools makes him an active player and responsible for his work.

Management by objectives is, for each employee of Brandt Group :

  • having a clear idea of what the company expects ;
  • giving meaning to his/her work : knowing how to recognize high-quality work, having the means to show his/her involvement, understanding the goal pursued ;
  • enhancing initiatives ;
  • Taking part in the decision-making process.

Management by objectives requires the management of people and skills through a participatory process. The annual interview, the training plan and the people review are the backbone and the common thread of our skills management strategy.
